For business meetings and small conferences, the hotel has several meeting rooms to choose from. The largest can accommodate up to 100 persons. Our staff continually strives to provide highly personalized service. We are always open to suggestions from our clients. Rogers Room
Ideal for up to 125 Guests*
The Rogers Room is our largest room, is a bright, well-lit room including windows to provide natural light. It is ideal as a training and seminar room but can also transform into a space to hold a social event such as wedding receptions and parties of up to 100 guests.

Otonabee Room
Ideal for up to 60 Guests*
The Otonabee Room is about half the size of the Rogers Room and also features windows for natural lighting and many combinations of dimmable lights. A real wood burning fireplace makes this room a popular choice for receptions and smaller seminars.

Liftlock Room & Display Room
Ideal for up to 35
The Lift Lock Room and Display Room are our two boardrooms. They are located adjacent to the Rogers Room, which also makes them convenient for use as breakout rooms for larger meetings.

Meade Room
Ideal for up to 20 Guests*
The Meade Room is in the Riverside Wing and features a gas fireplace and walkout patio with a view to a scenic stream. This room is ideal for small board meetings and hospitality functions.
